Assistant Sales Manager/Operator
The manufacturing company “AGROPRODSNEK” (15+ years on the market) invites an operator/assistant sales manager to join the team.
The main purpose of the position: Effective administrative and information support for the sales department, which guarantees quick order fulfillment, data accuracy and smooth interaction with customers and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
- Registration of new customers, entering contract terms, forming and sending order forms.
- Filling out logistics specifications (prices), sending presentations and catalogs, providing information about products, promotions and new products.
- Updating price lists, promotions and order forms; interacting with the legal department regarding changes in specifications.
- Transmitting current information to customers and the sales department, coordinating requests between departments.
- Checking sales plans of regional managers (Google Drive + 1C reports), preparing photo reports and “slices” of prices.
- Photo fixation of products on the shelves of retail chains, monitoring of competitors’ prices (if necessary).
- Applications for payment for services, document control (marketing, advertising, website, telephony, 1C).
- Placing orders for product samples and controlling their sending/receiving.
- Accepting complaints and proposals, recording appeals and organizing their processing.
Performing one-time management tasks, replacing the operator in his absence.
Requirements:
- Experience in back-office / administrative sales support from 1 year.
- Knowledge of 1C / BAS, Google Drive, MS Excel.
- Responsibility, attentiveness, multitasking.
Conditions:
- Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8:00—17:00.
- Salary level: 18,000 UAH
- Comfortable office, delivery (if necessary).

- Knowledge of the sunflower seed market and procurement processes.
- Ability to negotiate and conclude profitable deals.
- High level of responsibility and organization.
Responsibilities:
- Search and analysis of potential suppliers of sunflower seeds.
- Negotiations on terms of supply and prices.
- Conclusion of seed purchase contracts.
- Monitoring the market and competitors.
