2. Promotion Duration
The promotion runs from 01.07.2025 to 31.12.2025 inclusive.
3. Territory
The promotion is valid in Ukraine (except temporarily occupied territories and areas of hostilities) and applies to goods marked with the promotional stripe.
4. Participation Rules
To participate in the promotion and get a chance to win a smartwatch, you need to:
- Purchase promotional products marked with “Crack & Win!” during the promotion period.
- Open the package and check its contents.
- If inside the package there is a special numbered token marked “Scan & Claim!” – you are the winner!
- Special tokens are not present in every package of promotional products.
- To receive the prize, take a photo with the token found inside the package and send it to the official Telegram chat of the promotion.
- Within one business day, our manager will contact you to confirm your contact details and delivery address. Prizes are delivered across Ukraine (except temporarily occupied territories and areas of hostilities) via Nova Poshta.
- If the organizer is unable to contact the winner within 5 business days after the photo is submitted, the winner is considered to have refused the prize.
- By agreement, photos of winners with their prizes may be published on the organizer’s website.
- Participation in the promotion implies full awareness and acceptance of its terms and conditions.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion or terminate it early by announcing it on the website.
- The organizer receives no payment from participants. The promotion is not gambling, a lottery, a gambling service, or a contest. The promotion does not constitute a public promise of reward.
